Project enquiries

ENCHANT CAT collects the name, email address and project information you submit so we can respond to your enquiry and discuss our services. Please do not include passwords, payment details or other sensitive information.

How information is handled

Our website and enquiry processing are hosted by Cloudflare. Enquiries are delivered to our Google Workspace mailbox. Cloudflare Turnstile processes technical information, including your IP address and browser signals, to prevent automated abuse. These providers may process information outside Hong Kong.

Retention and access

We retain enquiry correspondence while it is needed to respond and manage the relationship, and review inactive enquiries for deletion after 12 months unless a continuing project or record-keeping requirement applies. We do not sell enquiry information.

Your choices

You can contact [email protected] to request access, correction or deletion of your enquiry information. You can also email us directly instead of using the form.

Website technology

We use website delivery and security services. We have not added advertising trackers or marketing analytics to this website.
